STAFFING

Each employee is selected after a personal interview and thorough reference check. Tricom hires staff on specific criteria, and skilled workers with Building Service Worker Certifi cation are preferred. Employees are monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis.

TRAINING

All employees attend the Tricom Training Institute comprised of on-line, in-class and on-site instruction and training on technical procedures, safety, chemical usage, security and customer service.

UNIFORMS

Our staff are outfitted in Tricom uniforms to make them identifiable, professional and presentable. Our goal is for customers to be impressed with our image and for our employees to feel a sense of pride.

WORKPLACE SAFETY

On-site safety is very important to us. We take every possible step to create a healthy and safe environment for our customers, their staff and guests, as well as our employees.

BONDING & INSURANCE

Tricom employees are bonded and we carry full public liability and property damage insurance. Our Comprehensive General Liability Insurance coverage is $10,000,000 and higher levels of coverage are available.

CHEMICALS & GREEN CLEAN

Tricom is committed to sustainability and being good stewards of the earth. We use cleaning products that are safe for the environment; only Green Seal Certified chemicals meet our standards.

EQUIPMENT

Staff are equipped with suitable modern equipment to enable them to perform their duties effectively. We carefully select task specific equipment for each site.

COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY

Tricom teams are connected by a web-based operation management system. Our telephone system is live answer, 24 hours a day and all departments are accessible by email, Messenger and by cellular phone.
